Community Scholarship Program Progress Report

The AAACF Community Scholarship Program (CSP) aims to increase post-secondary degree attainment for Washtenaw County students who are economically disadvantaged, youth of color, and/or the first generation in their family to attend college. This report summarizes the evolution of CSP from it's beginnings in 2014 and provides key findings of it's impact from an independent evaluation.

Washtenaw County Capital Research Report

In a first-of-its-kind research for Washtenaw County, this report provides an independent and objective understanding of the local investing ecosystem in Washtenaw County. To understand how community and capital intersect, AAACF contracted both quantitative and qualitative expertise—The Urban Institute of Washington DC, Revalue of Ypsilanti, and EntryPoint of Ann Arbor—to produce a comprehensive analysis of the county.

Seniors & Caregivers Data Study

February 27, 2018

AAACF commissioned a survey of adults age 65+ in order gain a better understanding of how vulnerability affects the quality of life and social connectedness for seniors in Washtenaw County. The results from this survey have helped guide our grantmaking decisions as we continue to work towards long-term, meaningful impact.

The PHOENIX Project is an undertaking spearheaded by physicians and epidemiologists at Wayne State University. The Prevalence Profiler presents up-to-date data on health metrics, from vitals to social determinants, to provide policy makers with a better understanding of the health of our population, and to provide interventionalists with data to guide implementation based on evidence of needs.
