Audrey Price DiMarzo was born and raised in Ann Arbor and is a proud graduate of the Ann Arbor Public Schools. With more than 20 years of experience as a corporate attorney, primarily focused on private equity and venture capital, she brings both a legal and an accounting background to the AAACF Board, having worked as a CPA prior to law school. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Joyce Ivy Foundation, a non-profit focused on the academic advancement and leadership development of young women from the Midwest. Audrey shares that “AAACF leverages the collective strength of our community to impact the lives of the people, organizations and groups that make the Ann Arbor area such a special place to live and work.”
