Dilip Das was born and raised in Ann Arbor, working out-of-state and internationally for 15 years but then returning to Ann Arbor to live, work, and raise a family. Dilip’s interests have always centered on education as the pivotal driver of change and justice. He is currently employed by the University of Toledo as the vice president for diversity, equity, and inclusion, following almost 20 years in analogous roles at U-M. Dilip is also active at work and in the community to push structural de-carbonization for a more livable, cleaner environment for his children and future generations.
