Treasurer, Board of Trustees
With a passion for education and teaching, Laura is dedicated to improving the community through service, philanthropy and engagement. She is currently co-chair of the Ann Arbor Social Capital Fund at AAACF, a certified substitute teacher in the Ann Arbor Public Schools and is engaged in multiple volunteer positions throughout the community.
Having grown up in Ann Arbor, Laura lives in the Burns Park neighborhood with her husband and three children who all attend the Ann Arbor Public Schools. Her background in business, marketing, and economic development allows Laura to bring her skills in expressing complex ideas in simple, easily understood ways to her service on the AAACF Board. Laura’s favorite aspect of AAACF is "the people. Great leadership begets great culture and that has a multiplying effect that is immeasurable."
